The most common problem with accessing the calendar is Internet Explorers Cookie System. This Guide will help you around this problem. Click Back when Finished.

Open Internet Explorer.

Select Tools (at the top in the menu bar) and then Internet Options. The box above should open.

Select the Privacy Tab and Click on Sites (as displayed)

This Box will now open.

Type in the 'Address of Web Site' Box

'www.2342sqn.co.uk' 

Then Click Allow

Enter again into the same Box

'freecal.brownbearsw.com/2342'    once again click Allow. Click Ok on both the open boxes. You should now be able to access the Calendar with the Password given to you at the Sqn.
